Sr. Technical Program Manager- CTJ- TS/SCI

Microsoft Specialized Clouds (MSC) is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to help drive the growth, execution, and operational excellence of PLx. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, customer engagement, engineering execution, and service delivery. The successful candidate will partner closely with engineering, operations, and customers to deliver mission-critical cloud capabilities supporting government and regulated workloads.

This individual will serve as a trusted leader across the business, helping coordinate strategic initiatives, remove execution blockers, improve operational rigor, and represent PLx in senior-level customer and executive engagements. The ideal candidate combines strong program management fundamentals with business acumen, and a bias for action

• Drive execution of strategic PLx initiatives from planning through delivery.
• Improve operational efficiency through process definition, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts spanning engineering, operations, security, compliance, finance, and business teams.
• Support executive and customer engagements by developing briefing materials, tracking commitments, and driving follow-through on actions.
• Develop and maintain business rhythms, operational reviews, status reporting, and leadership communications.
• Identify trends across customer engagements and operational data to inform investment decisions, roadmap priorities, and service improvements. 

Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $160,200 - $261,000 per year.
