Description:

As a Project Mgr-Portfolio Mgmt, you will lead complex, enterprise-wide IT projects and programs, fostering continuous improvement and innovation. You'll independently manage the full lifecycle of IT projects. Builds integrated plans, manage scope, schedule, resources, dependencies, quality expectations, and drives delivery to committed outcomes. 

Education/Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree or Master's Degree with 5+ years of IT project management experience, including large-scale enterprise implementations.

• Preferred Fields of Study: Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field 

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred 

Major Job Responsibilities: 

• Lead initiation through closure for projects using integrated scope, schedule, resource, dependency, and quality plans. 

• Manage business, IT, vendor, and functional stakeholders to secure decisions and maintain alignment. 

• Own RAID management, issue resolution, change control, governance approvals, and project health reporting. 

• Manage project budget, forecast, actuals, accruals, CapEx/OpEx categorization, vendor deliverables, SOW obligations, and invoice validation. 

• Coordinate requirements, design, testing, release, adoption, operational/BAU transition, and benefit-tracking activities, ensuring accountable business owners are identified for post-project benefit realization. 

• Manage risks and trade-offs with fact-based options and recommended recovery actions, with applicable escalations. 

• Capture lessons learned and improve PMO delivery practices. 

Must Have skills: 

• Expert in project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), and Waterfall 

• Proficiency with project management tools (Planview, JIRA, Microsoft Project) 

• Strong financial acumen and budget management capabilities 

• Demonstrated ability to guide and collaborate across multiple teams and organizational levels 

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal with the ability to influence across levels and functions. 

• Proficiency with MS Office suite and project management software 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; sound judgement in complex or ambiguous situations. 

• Demonstrated ownership and commitment to achieving project and organizational goals. 

• Motivates, empowers, and develops teams through trust and collaboration. 

• Strong business acumen — connects project outcomes to broader business strategy and customer value. 

• Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies 

• Adaptable and learning-oriented; embraces change and continually seeks improvement. 

Good to have skills: 

• Demonstrated success managing complex technical projects in regulated environments (GxP, SOX, HIPAA, etc.) 

• Life sciences or pharmaceutical industry experience

Philippines: 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM PHT
