As a Recruitment & Onboarding Associate, you will help ensure that candidates and new hires experience a seamless transition into Pfizer. By coordinating critical recruitment and onboarding activities, maintaining compliance with local requirements, and supporting stakeholders across EMEA, you will help new colleagues feel welcomed, supported, and equipped for success so they can focus on making an impact for patients.

 

What You Will Do

 Recruitment Operations

• Manage recruitment activities throughout the hiring process, including job posting, offer administration, and candidate communications.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to support recruitment operations across EMEA markets.
• Support hiring activities while ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and within agreed service levels.

 

Onboarding & Employee Experience

• Serve as a point of contact for candidates, new hires, hiring managers, and recruiters following the interview process and offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, documentation, and pre-employment requirements.
• Track onboarding milestones and proactively resolve issues that may impact a candidate's readiness to begin work.
• Help ensure new hires have access to the tools, systems, and resources needed for a successful start.

 

Compliance & Continuous Improvement

• Ensure processes comply with local legal, regulatory, and privacy requirements.
• Manage assigned cases and transactions, while delivering excellent customer service.
• Meet established service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment and onboarding processes and support new technology and process implementations.

 

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong customer service focus and commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources, Recruitment Operations, Talent Acquisition Coordination, Shared Services, Customer Service, Employee Services, Operations, Administration, or other customer-focused environments.
• Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, or employee lifecycle processes.
• Familiarity with Workday, ServiceNow, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), or similar HR technologies.
• Additional language skills in Arabic and/or Spanish.
• Experience supporting stakeholders in a multinational environment.
