HEMATOLOGY PRODUCT SPECIALIST (Cairo)


Job Summary: The Product Specialist is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals, promoting pharmaceutical products, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory. This role involves a combination of medical knowledge, sales skills, and customer relationship management

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Effectively communicate product information to healthcare professionals, presenting the scientific evidence and clinical data supporting the products
  • Highlight the value proposition of the products to healthcare providers, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Manage a designated geographical territory to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Identify key opinion leaders (KOLs) and key prescribers in the medical community and establish relationships to enhance product visibility and credibility.
  • Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and gather market intelligence for strategic planning.
  • Execute sales strategies and tactics to achieve and surpass sales targets and market share objectives.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective promotional plans, including product launches, workshops, and seminars.
  • Ensure all interactions and activities adhere to industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions with healthcare professionals, including feedback, inquiries, and outcomes.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Embrace omnichannel strategies to engage customers across various platforms seamlessly.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or relative scientific background
  • 2+ years of experience as a Medical Representative
  • Hematology Experience is a must
