Finance Commercial Lead

Oversee commercial relationships with a client to optimize financial and business operations results and deliver client value. Work closely with business leads to drive financial performance, understand and mitigate business risks, manage investments and accountability, and provide guidance to the team.

SAP Financial Risk and Financials services L2/L3 (Dev and Production Support) Risk: Market (ALM), Impairement (RBD) - Heavily Required Summary: As a Finance Commercial Lead, a typical day involves overseeing and nurturing commercial relationships with clients to enhance financial and business outcomes. This role requires close collaboration with business leaders to drive financial performance, assess and mitigate risks, manage investments responsibly, and offer strategic guidance to the team. The position demands continuous engagement with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with client objectives and deliver meaningful value. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate effective communication between client and internal teams to ensure clarity and alignment on financial goals. - Monitor ongoing financial activities and recommend improvements to optimize commercial outcomes. - Support the development and implementation of strategies that enhance client satisfaction and business growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Micro Focus Application Lifecycle Management Octane. - Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Financial Risk Management (FRM), Banking. - Strong knowledge of financial processes and commercial management principles. - Experience in analyzing financial data to support decision-making and risk mitigation. - Ability to utilize application lifecycle management tools to streamline project and financial workflows. - Competence in coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve financial and operational objectives. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Micro Focus Application Lifecycle Management Octane. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
