Financial Analyst II, ASP Partner Core Finance

Key job responsibilities
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics dashboards for ASP Partner Core Finance leadership, including productivity metrics
- Design and implement advanced financial models and analytical tools to support critical decision-making
- Create and implement scalable business mechanisms to help your business partners make data-driven decisions
- Conduct in-depth analysis and present findings directly to senior leaders
- Lead the annual financial planning and budgeting process

A day in the life
Support existing business review mechanisms and build new metric frameworks for partner coverage. Work with teams on get-to-green plans, and measure and assess future risks. Analyze key pipeline and productivity metrics to drive business investment and outcomes.

About the team
The ASP Partner Core Finance team operates at the intersection of strategy and execution, forging senior-level business partnerships and enabling Go-To-Market solutions spanning the full portfolio of AWS Services and the corresponding Sales teams. You will be part of a collaborative group that values analytical rigor and creative problem-solving.

Basic Qualifications

- 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- 3+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy experience
- 3+ years of contributing to cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field

Preferred Qualifications

- 4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
- MBA, or CPA
- Knowledge of Tableau
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
