About the Role:
As a RME Technician Academy Regional Manager, you will lead a team of Field Trainers across a regional network, driving the execution of technical training programs that build technician capability and support operational excellence. You will manage team performance, develop talent, and partner with site and regional leadership to align training strategy with business needs. This role requires travel to support your team and training initiatives across multiple fulfillment centers.



Key job responsibilities
• You will manage and develop a team of RME Technical Trainers, providing performance coaching, career development support, and day-to-day leadership across your regional network
• You will oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of technical training programs for MHE and automated systems across multiple sites to ensure training targets and quality standards are met
• You will partner with site and regional leadership to identify workforce skill gaps, prioritize training needs, and align training delivery with operational goals
• You will track and report on training program metrics, analyze effectiveness data, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across your team's portfolio
• You may be required to travel up to 80% of the time

Basic Qualifications

- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- 2+ years of direct people management, including performance management and employee development experience
- 4+ years of training, technical instruction, or maintenance leadership capacity experience
- 4+ years of conducting predictive and preventative maintenance procedures experience
- 4+ years of repairing material handling equipment (MHE), automated conveyor systems, or related mechanical/controls equipment experience
- 4+ years of demonstrating safety standards experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) Full Time Exempt experience
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience managing training programs or teams across multiple sites or regions
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and reporting
- Experience with technical writing, curriculum development, or instructional design
- Experience in project management
- Experience with data analysis and using metrics to drive program improvements

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
