Sr. Product Manager - Tech, Prime Air (Drones), Prime Air Product Team

We're looking for a Product Manager who combines superb technical, research and analytical capabilities with a demonstrated ability to look around corners, work independently, and get the right things done. This person must be comfortable acting as a technical lead for our Expansion roadmap, customer experience and tech integration. We’re looking for people who innovate, and love solving hard problems! Key job responsibilities

• Define the strategic vision and product roadmap for the expansion roadmap for Prime Air.
• Demonstrate deep technical expertise in customer experience workflows and leverage data-driven insights to influence priorities and strategy.
• Scope and manage large, complex technology initiatives, delivering critical solutions, significant improvements, or deprecating obsolete systems across multiple teams and platforms.
• Ensure the program meets challenging business goals and drives measurable improvements in efficiency or experience for customers, employees/engineers, or the business.
• Apply product management best practices to refine procedures and increase the productivity and effectiveness of cross-functional teams.
• Possess excellent business communication skills to present complex technical information to a wide range of stakeholders.
• Participate in hiring and mentor others to continuously improve their skills and ability to deliver results.


About the team
The Product team defines the vision for our business expansion and the customer-facing experience. We're supporting a platform targeting 500 million packages per year by the end of the decade.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience developing operational processes and technologies

Preferred Qualifications

- MBA
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, statistics

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
