Job Description
Team Summary
The Regional Sellers & Co-Brand team is responsible for growing business with Regional Sellers and related third parties in Asia Pacific markets. Visa has reinforced its focus on the growth of the seller side ecosystem by developing partnerships, enhancing market investments and having the right talent to execute directly with our regional seller clients.
The role is based in the Singapore Market Support Centre and will report to a Director, Regional Sellers & Co-Brand.
What a Senior Manager – Regional Merchants & Cobrands does at Visa:
The role will require the account executive to be comfortable with complex enterprise account management, multi-market deal execution, and senior executive engagement.
Identify and execute partnership opportunities with Regional Merchants drive growth across Visa’s various business verticals including but not limited to:
- Develop and execute partner roadmaps that address customer needs, solve business challenges, and support Visa's growth objectives.
- Drive cross-functional alignment to accelerate implementation, commercialization, and market expansion initiatives
- Lead commercial negotiations, renewals, and business expansion opportunities
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Some business travel is to be expected.
Qualifications
- 7 – 10 years of experience in account management, partnerships, go-to-market, consulting, product management or commercial strategy. Payments industry experience is a plus
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills; able to take multiple inputs and translate them into clear recommendations, frameworks, and action plans
- Demonstrated experience working across cross-functional teams and engaging with stakeholders from different business units and markets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to drive both business and technical discussions
- Execution-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and follow-through
- Bachelor’s degree required
