Position Summary

The Goods Receipt Specialist in Allschwil is responsible for the timely receipt, booking, and storage of materials. The role records deviations in the TrackWise system and supports investigations. The incumbent ensures compliance with SOPs, GCP, cGMP, and safety requirements and monitors documentation practices within the eDMS.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with SOPs, GxP guidelines, and internal/external safety regulations
• Receive goods, post goods receipts in GPMS, and hand over shipments to freight carriers
• Perform high-bay warehouse picking activities and related WMS transactions
• Physically store materials and perform GPMS/WMS postings
• Execute required material movements, including transfers to external storage locations
• Operate machinery and equipment used for material handling
• Conduct inventory counts
• Clean facilities, machinery, and equipment according to instructions
• Support other departments as directed by supervisors

Minimum Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in logistics
• At least two years of experience in industry or logistics
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and move heavier materials
• Very good German language skills, written and spoken
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently under pressure in a multicultural environment
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
• Strong teamwork skills and resilience under stress
• Reliable, accurate, and efficient working style
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications

• Several years of experience in a regulated environment (e.g., pharmaceutical or food industry)
• Forklift license
• Class B driving license

Der Goods Receipt Specialist in Allschwil führt eine zeitgerechte Annahme, Einbuchung sowie Einlagerung von Materialien durch. Er erfasst Abweichungen im TrackWise-System und unterstützt Untersuchungen. Er stellt die Einhaltung gültiger SOPs, GCP-, cGMP- und Arbeitssicherheitsvorschriften sicher und überwacht die Dokumentationspraxis im eDMS.

Verantwortlichkeiten

• Einhaltung von SOPs, GxP-Richtlinien sowie internen und externen Arbeitssicherheitsvorschriften
• Warenannahme, Wareneingangsbuchung im GPMS sowie Warenübergabe an Frachtführer
• Hochregallager-Kommissionierungen sowie Verbuchung im WMS
• Physische Einlagerung von Waren und Buchung im GPMS/WMS
• Durchführung notwendiger Warenbewegungen inklusive Transporte ins Aussenlager
• Bedienung von Maschinen und Ausrüstungen zur Warenbewegung
• Durchführung von Inventuren
• Reinigung von Räumlichkeiten, Maschinen und Ausrüstungen gemäss Anweisungen
• Einsatz in anderen Abteilungen gemäss Weisung der Vorgesetzten

Minimale Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Logistiker
• Mindestens zwei Jahre Erfahrung in Industrie/Logistik
• Fähigkeit länger zu stehen und zu laufen sowie schwere Materialien zu bewegen
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten
• Selbstständige Arbeitsweise auch unter Druck in einem multikulturellen Umfeld
• Fähigkeit, Zeitvorgaben einzuhalten und Tätigkeiten zu priorisieren
• Hohe Teamfähigkeit und Stressbeständigkeit
