DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a highly self-motivated and technically strong Senior Application Engineer with deep expertise in Metabolomics to support our Orbitrap and triple quadrupole product portfolio.

The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in metabolomics workflow development, method optimization, data interpretation, and customer-facing technical support. This role requires someone who can work independently, proactively identify application opportunities, and collaborate closely with customers, KOLs, commercial teams, and global BU.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Master’s degree or above in Metabolomics, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in metabolomics applications and/or LC-MS method development, preferably directly related to high-resolution MS or triple quadrupole MS platforms.

• Strong practical expertise in metabolomics workflows, including sample preparation, LC-MS method development, method optimization, data quality evaluation, and biological interpretation.

• Solid understanding of untargeted metabolomics and/or targeted quantitative metabolomics.

• Location: Shanghai, willingness to travel approximately 40% or more.
