Job Description

Software Development Engineers are expert problem-solvers and builders who design, implement, and improve software applications and systems.

In this role, engineers spend approximately 60-75% of their time coding, working hands-on with code, data, and modern tools including AI-assisted development, cloud services, and automation frameworks to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality technology solutions.

This position focuses on developing mobile applications and SDKs for Android and iOS platforms that support authentication, digital identity, payment security, and customer-facing experiences. Engineers collaborate with product managers, architects, designers, QA engineers, and operations teams to build reliable, secure, and scalable mobile solutions.

All roles require digital fluency, including the ability to use emerging technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and other AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and software quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain mobile applications and software components.
• Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and technical troubleshooting.
• Create and execute test plans and address defects to improve product quality.
• Debug and resolve software issues across development, test, and production environments.
• Contribute to CI/CD, automation, and engineering productivity initiatives.
• Monitor applications, analyze system behavior, and help improve reliability and performance.
• Participate in on-call support and incident resolution activities as needed.
• Continuously learn new technologies and contribute to engineering best practices.

Mobile Engineering Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and support native Android and/or iOS applications.
• Build secure, scalable, and high-performing mobile experiences.
• Collaborate with backend, platform, product, and security teams.
• Integrate mobile applications with APIs and backend services.
• Contribute to SDK development, application releases, and deployment activities.
• Support performance optimization, monitoring, and production troubleshooting

Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. 

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, OR 3+ years of relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or an Advanced Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of software engineering or mobile application development experience.
• Experience creating and executing test plans and validation activities.
• Experience debugging and troubleshooting software issues.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions.
• Experience participating in code reviews and applying coding standards.
• Experience working with source control systems and Agile development methodologies.
• Experience developing Android applications using Kotlin and/or Java.
• Experience developing iOS applications using Swift.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and backend services.
• Experience developing reusable mobile libraries or SDKs.
• Experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and release processes.
• Familiarity with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Fastlane, Bitrise, CocoaPods, Swift Package Manager, Google Play Console, and App Store Connect.
• Experience building customer-facing mobile applications.
• Exposure to Payments, FinTech, Authentication, Digital Identity, Fraud Prevention, or Cybersecurity solutions.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, or similar technologies.

Information for US Applicants

For roles located in the US, the estimated salary range for this position is $95.500,00 to $ 148.300,00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Travel Requirements

This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements

This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
