Solve engineering problems and achieve business objectives using scientific, socio-economic, technical knowledge and practical experience. Work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration and technical management.

Summary:
As an Engineering Services Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting comprehensive engineering services aimed at developing effective technical solutions to address complex challenges and meet organizational goals. This role requires engaging with various aspects of engineering, including structural and stress design, qualification processes, configuration management, and technical oversight. The practitioner collaborates across multiple disciplines to ensure that engineering problems are resolved efficiently, leveraging a blend of scientific understanding, socio-economic insights, and practical experience to contribute to the success of projects and business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to integrate cross-functional inputs to enhance engineering outcomes.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align engineering activities with business priorities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aircraft Maintenance Manual Authoring Guidelines.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with A&D Defense, Aircraft Maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of technical documentation standards and best practices related to aircraft maintenance.
- Ability to interpret and apply engineering principles in the development of maintenance manuals.
- Familiarity with configuration management and technical data control processes.
- Experience in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accuracy and compliance of technical content.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Aircraft Maintenance Manual Authoring Guidelines.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
