Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of tailored software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. The position demands continuous alignment of technical solutions with overarching business goals, fostering collaboration among team members to deliver scalable and efficient software products. The lead actively monitors project progress, addresses challenges, and drives innovation to maintain quality and performance throughout the development process.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Own the overall quality of the crews' products focused on products capability, transaction reporting capability including their operational health, client and internal user satisfaction, and the delivery of valuable outcomes
-Partner closely with various POD leads, aligned businesses and control functions within crew and across streams and divisions
-ensure consistency, high quality and a focus on efficiencies in our business deliverables within the crew and to our end users
- Ensure FXD remains in compliant with ever changing regulatory regulations rewrites
-Help formulate FX Derivatives products long-term vision, mission, strategy and quarterly objectives and OKRs
-Design and implement the front office business requirements
-Own the overall quality of the crews' products focused on products capability, transaction reporting capability including their operational health, client and internal user satisfaction, and the delivery of valuable outcomes
-Partner closely with various POD leads, aligned businesses and control functions within crew and across streams and divisions

- Strong analytical skills to interpret and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Experience in designing scalable software architectures that support evolving business demands.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate efforts across multiple projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges effectively.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
