Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a Security Administrator, Senior Associate reporting directly to an Officer, International Security Administration. You will provide secure and timely identity and access administration support across assigned applications and services, while acting as a knowledgeable point of contact for complex processing, documentation, risk controls, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Why this role is important to us:

The team you will be joining is part of State Street's Global Cyber Security organization and supports Identity and Access Management services for internal and external users. The role helps maintain accurate and timely access administration, client coverage across global business hours, application onboarding into ISA, access recertification, audit readiness, and support for business checkouts and approvals associated with application releases and vulnerability remediation. The position also provides important capacity for process optimization and automation as the application portfolio expands.

What you will be responsible for:

As a Security Administrator, Senior Associate, you will:

  • Perform core, complex, and custom security administration activities in accordance with established procedures, service-level commitments, and control requirements.
  • Support identity lifecycle administration, access provisioning and deprovisioning, access recertification, and assigned workforce, infrastructure, and client-facing application services.
  • Resolve complex requests, inquiries, and exceptions with urgency, escalating risk, compliance, control, or suspicious activity concerns as required.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and timeliness, and support workload coordination to meet operational deadlines and global coverage requirements.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve standard operating procedures, process documentation, scorecards, metrics, and stakeholder reporting.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for assigned processes and support the deployment of operational changes, application onboarding, release activity, business checkouts, and approvals
  • Identify, design, test, and help implement opportunities to standardize, simplify, and automate processes.
  • Collaborate with internal clients, application teams, risk partners, and colleagues across locations to deliver comprehensive support and positive client outcomes.
  • Support knowledge transfer, coaching, and development of team members, and provide relevant performance observations to the manager.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • 8 to 10 years of related experience in Security Administration, Identity and Access Management, user access provisioning, or a comparable operational security function.
  • Working knowledge of access provisioning and deprovisioning, identity lifecycle administration, access certification or recertification, and security administration controls.
  • Experience with IAM platforms such as SailPoint, IT service management tools, reporting or dashboard solutions, and workflow automation is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, ITIL, or other IAM or cybersecurity credentials are advantageous.

Additional requirements:

Ability to support global stakeholders and adjust coverage based on business needs. The successful candidate should be comfortable managing multiple priorities, working within defined control frameworks, maintaining complete process documentation, and supporting time-sensitive operational or release activities when required.

Work Requirement

Hybrid Work from Office – 3 Days mandatory

Shift timings – APAC/EMEA shift depending on coverage requirements.
