As a member of the Strategy and Transformation - New Product Introduction team, the focus of this role is on Day-Zero product readiness for MCAPS-Core customer facing roles.  We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Business Solutions Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, project management, and cross-functional collaboration. As a Techical Program Manager, Strategy & Transformation, you will be responsible for driving readiness and implementation of technical products in the Cloud and AI Platforms use cases relevant for customer support and customer success, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.

Responsibilities

Program Strategy & Execution

  • Lead end-to-end technical product and service launches across Support, Customer Success, and customer-facing organizations, ensuring alignment to business objectives, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Drive cross-functional programs from initiation through delivery, managing priorities, dependencies, and execution plans.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Product Management, and business stakeholders to define program scope, requirements, deliverables, and outcomes.
  • Facilitate alignment across teams to resolve issues, drive decisions, and achieve business goals.

Technical Program Leadership

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Cloud and AI platform technologies, including Azure Compute, Storage, Networking, Fabric, and AI workloads.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into actionable plans that improve customer readiness, operational effectiveness, and business outcomes.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and provide regular updates on milestones, risks, issues, and program status.
  • Influence decisions through data-driven insights, recommendations, and business impact analysis.

Risk Management & Operational Excellence

  • Identify risks, dependencies, and operational challenges; develop mitigation strategies and escalation plans to ensure successful program outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, governance, readiness planning, and operational best practices.

Business Insights & Innovation

  • Leverage data, customer feedback, and performance metrics to inform decisions and improve service delivery.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies, including AI, large language models (LLMs), semantic indexing, and Microsoft platform innovations to enhance program effectiveness.

Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $160,200 - $261,000 per year.
