Global Specialty Recruiting in Seattle seeks a dedicated, self-driven Executive Assistant to support the organization's VP.

This role requires someone who earns trust quickly, exercises excellent judgment, and handles confidential information with the highest integrity and discretion. You must communicate effectively across all levels - including senior executives and C-Suite offices inside and outside the company - while managing multiple requests across global teams with attention to detail and appropriate urgency.

As the lead EA of the GSR organization, you will partner with the leadership team and their EAs to foster a process-driven, efficient, and inclusive environment. Experience hiring and developing EAs is required.

You will proactively anticipate business needs, drive improvements that build capacity for the leadership and EA teams, and complete complex tasks autonomously, taking effective action without needing the full picture. Composure, flexibility, and adaptability to shifting priorities are essential.

This role requires five (5) days a week in office.

Key job responsibilities
- Serve as strategic partner to senior leadership, identifying opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness and drive operational excellence
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling for multiple executives across time zones
- Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and new mechanisms
- Coordinate team activities including staff meetings, all-teams, offsites, and events
- Manage sensitive and confidential information with highest discretion
- Schedule and manage cost-effective domestic and international travel
- Attend key meetings, track deliverables, and ensure timely follow-up
- Create expense reports and manage budget tracking
- Partner with leaders to understand priorities and build processes to enhance team effectiveness
- Serve as liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Partner closely with the leadership team, key business partners, and team EAs to provide holistic support to the organization, including annual rhythm-of-the-business planning
- Own/oversee team space planning and onsite morale/team building activities

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
