Main Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Lifecycle Leadership

  • Lead the development and evolution of the Kevzara US Consumer brand strategy, ensuring alignment with lifecycle management (LCM) priorities and long‑term brand ambition.

  • Translate clinical, market, and competitive insights into clear strategic choices and differentiated value propositions for Consumer audiences.

  • Partner closely with Medical, Market Access, Insights, Field Leadership, and Global teams to ensure strategic cohesion and executional excellence.

Innovation, Digital, Analytics & AI Enablement

  • Drive the adoption of innovative Consumer engagement models, including advanced digital, omnichannel, analytics, and AI‑enabled strategies.

  • Champion experimentation and test‑and‑learn approaches to accelerate learning cycles and unlock new growth opportunities.

  • Collaborate with data science, digital excellence, and technology partners to embed predictive analytics, personalization, and automation into Consumer marketing.

Cross‑Functional & Matrix Leadership

  • Influence and align cross‑functional partners around strategic priorities, investment decisions, and performance expectations.

  • Serve as a senior thought partner to brand leadership, field teams, and executive stakeholders.

  • Lead without authority, modeling enterprise mindset, collaboration, and strategic clarity.

Financial Accountability & Performance Optimization

  • Own investment prioritization across Consumer marketing initiatives, ensuring resources are allocated to the highest‑value opportunities.

  • Establish and uphold rigorous ROI/BOI discipline, leveraging analytics to optimize performance and inform future investment decisions.

  • Partner with Finance and Insights to develop forecasting assumptions, scenario plans, and performance dashboards.

About You:

  • Demonstrated success leading US Consumer brand strategy, preferably across multiple lifecycle stages.

  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, omnichannel engagement, analytics, and emerging AI applications in commercial settings.

  • Proven ability to lead in a matrix environment, influence senior stakeholders, and drive alignment without direct authority.

  • Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and decision‑making skills.

  • Experience managing or stewarding significant budgets with a track record of ROI‑driven optimization.
