数据库工程师（DBA）

职位描述

数据库运维工程师，负责 SQL Server 数据库平台的日常运维、监控、性能优化及技术支持工作，保障业务系统的稳定、安全和高可用运行。

主要职责

负责 SQL Server 数据库的安装、配置、升级、迁移及日常运维管理。

负责数据库监控、健康检查、容量规划、备份恢复及高可用/灾备环境维护。

负责数据库性能优化，包括慢 SQL 分析、索引优化及故障排查。

负责生产环境数据库事件处理、问题分析及持续改进。

与应用、开发及运维团队协作，支持系统上线、变更实施及技术支持。

推动数据库运维自动化建设，完善监控体系、运维文档及应急预案。

任职要求

5年以上 SQL Server DBA 或数据库运维经验，具备生产环境支持经验。

熟悉 SQL Server 架构、T-SQL、备份恢复、性能优化及故障排查。

熟悉数据库高可用及灾备方案，如 AlwaysOn、Failover Cluster、Log Shipping 等。

熟悉 Windows Server，具备 PowerShell、Python 或 T-SQL 自动化脚本能力者优先。

具备较强的问题分析和应急处理能力，能够独立处理生产事件。

具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，有 ITIL/ITSM 实践经验者优先
