What would you do? • The Media & Graphics Specialist drives innovation in either UX UI Visual Design or advanced motion design for learning and training products. They act as a subject matter expert and provide design thought leader. As a Media & Graphics Team Lead, you will work closely with client and project manager to understand the client need and design drive visual solution for training program. • Talent Development process • •• Advance knowledge of design tool (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Mural) • • Good knowledge of UX UI, accessibility, and responsive design. • • Deep expertise in either UX UI tools (Figma, XD) or Motion 3D tools (Cinema4D, Blender, Unreal). • • Strong understanding of L&D media workflows, • • Knowledge of AI AR VR in learning. • • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • • Strong communication and storytelling skills. • •
What are we looking for? • •Bachelors or masters degree in design, Multimedia, Animation, or related field. Certification in UX Design, Interaction Design • Reports to: • Learning Manager • Org Level: • Specialist Track, responsible for client quality and timelines
Roles and Responsibilities: • • Define design standards and processes for L&D media. • • UX UI: Lead interaction design, learner journeys, and usability for L&D platforms. • • Motion: Lead creation of immersive motion design experiences, including 3D AR VR media. • • Collaborate with Instructional Designers and Tech teams to deliver innovative solutions. • • Stay current with graphic design trends and tools and include them in development process. • • Work closely with SME. Project manager to draft design strategy
