Program/Project Management Lead

"We are seeking an experienced Project Director to take charge of end-to-end delivery for overseas industrial internet integration and implementation projects. The candidate will lead cross-functional teams, liaise with global clients, multiple product suppliers and local stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget and in compliance with quality & safety standards. This role requires solid expertise in industrial internet of IoT, V2X and software defined vehicle / product technologies, solid complex project management experience with physical assets / equipment’s integration as well as multi-vendors’ system integration excellent bilingual communication skills and strong cross-organization coordination capabilities. In addition, strong BD and sales skill to generate opportunities.
3. Key Responsibilities
1. Strong consulting skill and take full ownership of overseas industrial internet integration and implementation projects, including overall project planning, schedule control, risk management, progress tracking, vendor management and final project acceptance.
2. Communicate and negotiate with overseas clients, fully understand business demands, clarify project scope, deliverables and acceptance criteria, and maintain long-term positive client relationships.
3. Coordinate and manage multiple external product suppliers, organize regular communication meetings, align technical schemes, delivery schedules and service standards, resolve cross-supplier collaboration conflicts and delivery issues in a timely manner.
4. Lead internal technical, implementation and support teams, allocate project resources reasonably, drive team execution, and ensure smooth progress of on-site deployment, system integration, testing and commissioning.
5. Apply professional knowledge of IoT, V2X, software defined products technologies to review technical solutions, verify technical rationality during implementation, and solve technical difficulties and on-site exceptions in project delivery.
6. Identify potential project risks (schedule, cost, technology, cooperation, compliance etc.) in advance, formulate prevention and response plans, and report project status, key issues and milestone results to the management team periodically.
7. Compile project documents including project plans, meeting minutes, weekly/monthly reports, acceptance documents and post-project summaries, and establish standardized project archives.
8. Adapt to overseas business environment and travel requirements, follow local laws, regulations and project management norms to ensure compliant operation of all project activities.

4. Job Requirements
4.1 Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree of 985&211 University, major in Computer Science, Science and Technology, Internet of Things, Electronic Information, Industrial Engineering, Vehicle Engineering or other related majors.
- Master’s degree of 985&211 University, major in Computer Science, Engineering, MBA or other related majors. Overseas education is a plus.
4.2 Professional Experience
1. 15+ years working experience in project management and solution design for industrial internet, IoT system integration, intelligent manufacturing, edge computing or V2X implementation projects; consulting experience is a strong plus. Experience with smart city is plus
2. Proven track record of independently delivering medium-to-large scale integration & implementation projects, with complete experience covering the whole project lifecycle (pre-sales docking, implementation, testing, acceptance and after-delivery handover).
3. Consulting experience to help the clients expand business, improve operational efficiency and increase profit through sales strategy planning, product and solution design, which based on market trends and customer requirements analysis.
4. Track record of team lead and management.
