About the role

Key Responsibilities
As a Workday Reporting Specialist, you will provide subject matter expertise to Clients and team members around the Integration and management of Workday Financials Reporting.
Design and implement reporting strategies to meet business needs.
Develop plans to integrate multilined reporting within Workday.
Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyse business requirements.
Advise clients on industry standards for Workday Financial Reporting to achieve clean configuration and streamlined processes.
Demonstrate configurations through prototyping.
Understand Workday’s Implementation Methodology and use it on all engagements.
Provide the Project Manager with status reports and keep them apprised of overall project status.
Leverage prior related Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience.
Participate in training and other events that help share your knowledge and expertise
Skills and Qualifications:
Workday Reporting experience is a must.
Experience delivering reporting and analytics solutions across the Workday platform, including HCM, Financials, Payroll, Recruiting and other functional areas as required.
Strong Workday Reporting experience, including Advanced, Matrix, Composite and Dashboard reporting.
Knowledge of and experience working with Workday Prism Analytics for data integration, transformation and reporting with the ability to analyse complex business requirements and translate them into scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
Knowledge of Discovery Boards and best practices in data visualisation is highly regarded.
Experience in an enterprise financials related role and solid understanding of financial accounting.
Experience with an ERP (Oracle, SAP, etc) in an Enterprise Financials environment
Desire to continue to learn deep Workday technology skills along with enhancing your finance functional knowledge required to grow a successful Workday career
Ability to take-on complex problems and resolve through collaboration.
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
Additional preferred attributes:
Current Workday Reporting, Prism Analytics, HCM and/or Financials certifications will be highly regarded.
Experience designing, implementing reporting and analytics solutions within Workday as well as integrating and analysing data from multiple sources to support business insights and decision-making.
2-5 years’ experience in Workday implementations (either as a customer or an implementation partner).
Experience with implementation of new financials system either as a user or a consultant.
Successfully completed at least one end-to-end Workday Financials implementation.
Ability and willingness to travel as required.
