What would you do? • The Senior Analyst drives advanced visual and motion design for digital learning solutions. Youll design graphics, illustrations, or motion elements that enhance training experiences, while learning industry-standard tools and AIpowered workflows. They lead complex design projects, ensure quality standards, and mentor junior designers. • Talent Development process • • In depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, • • Premiere Pro). • • Advanced Adobe Suite, Cinema4D Blender, Figma. • • Knowledge of UX UI, accessibility, and responsive design. • • Proficiency in AI design workflows, video generation, voice synthesis. • • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • • Ability to influence and guide both clients and internal teams. • • Strong decision ma
What are we looking for? • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, Fine Arts, or related field. • • 5 to 8 years of experience in graphic design Animations with, project ownership • • Understanding of L&D industry is a plus.
Roles and Responsibilities: • Graphic Designer Role • • Independently Develop high quality graphics, icons, and layouts for training programs. • • Design interactive infographics, visual storytelling, and illustrations. • • Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG). • • Apply Graphic Design Principles for creating visual assets. • • Apply AI based design skills for faster asset generation. • • Apply UX principles to improve learner engagement. • • Mentor junior associates in design tools and workflows. • Motion Graphics Designer Role • • Create high end 2D 3D animations and interactive videos. • • Integrate AI driven voiceover and avatar tools. • • Work with AR VR content for immersive training. • • Oversee post production quality (colour grading, sound).
