What would you do? • Assess company financial status and analyze investment plans. • Source and evaluate capital expansion options including loans and funding. • Advise on stock and bond transactions, forecast revenues and costs, report discrepancies, analyze market trends, and identify risks and opportunities. • Monitor financial procedures and ensure compliance with applicable laws. • Talent HR process • Provide solutions and establish goals to increase profitability while identifying areas for operational improvement through transaction reviews. • Define an organizations talent management approach, mapping a business future skills and talent needs against current skills and capabilities and then defining the investments required to fulfill strategic talent objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities: • Well developed consulting skills including research, analysis, presentation, and attention to detail. • Aptitude to grasp new concepts and effectively deliver results. • Strong problem solving skills with an analytical, innovative, and creative mindset. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Result oriented, self driven, high energy, analytical, and structured professional with experience managing high performance teams and delivering large scale transformation projects. • Ability to work independently and contribute effectively to the team. • Well versed with digital technologies, automation, AI, analytics, and leading industry tools with a proven track record of implementing digital solutions. • Experience in solution shaping, process diagnostics, blueprinting, and strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. • Responsibilities • Drive the Process Transformation roadmap and implement strategic initiatives to ensure successful deployment of Business Excellence practices and Agile Automation. • Drive the Business Excellence value proposition and secure Business Excellence involvement in complex onshore delivery engagements. • Lead, guide, and develop teams to provide services across a cluster of clients. • Act as a strategic thinker and team leader. • Own and deliver Geo Automation initiatives in collaboration with delivery teams. • Maintain team flexibility and skills to support recovery work as required. • Ensure team recoverability and operational resilience. • Provide clients with guidance on business process optimization to improve operational capabilities. • Support strategy consulting initiatives covering corporate strategy, business transformation, digital capabilities, and innovation. • Demonstrate deep understanding of tools and technologies related to RPA, AI, and platforms. • Possess in depth knowledge and experience in Financial Services operations and risk management.
