RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities include but are not limited to • Prescreening of candidates • CV assessment • Interview scheduling • Offer • Background Check • Quality Check Resource is also expected to: Bridge the communication gap between client and non-bilingual executives. Coordinate with team lead and Japan Onshore Team for process efficiency. OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Morning Shift Project Rest Day: Weekends Off Project/Team Location: Mandaluyong, Robinsons Cybergate Tower 1

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: • Japanese N3 resources (CG1) • Language only, no domain • College Undergraduates okay • Must be open to BPO & Non-BPO Experience
