Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Good to have skills : Functional Test Planning
Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with diverse teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of comprehensive software solutions. You actively engage in planning activities that span multiple disciplines, focusing on accelerating project timelines while maintaining high standards of quality. Your role includes continuous testing efforts that cover security aspects, application programming interfaces, and regression scenarios. You develop and implement automation strategies and scripts, while also managing data and environment configurations. Additionally, you participate in code reviews and track defects, contributing to ongoing improvements throughout the entire testing lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance testing processes and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of automated testing frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Monitor testing progress and communicate findings to stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC.
- Good To Have Skills: Functional Test Planning.
- Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts to validate software functionality.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues within complex software environments.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and quality assurance methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in ASP.NET MVC.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
