What would you do? • The Senior Analyst, Lead executes and reviews complex Controlling and Profitability Analysis activities across product costing, inventory accounting, cost-center and internal-order accounting, allocations, settlements, and profitability reporting. • Hands-on experience in SAP S,4HANA Controlling and CO-PA , Margin Analysis is preferred. • The role supports accurate and timely period-end close, investigates exceptions, maintains audit-ready documentation, resolves stakeholder queries, and contributes to process standardization and continuous improvement in a high-volume, SLA-driven environment. • • Ability to prioritize high-volume activities, meet close-calendar deadlines, and consistently achieve quality, SLA, and control requirements. • • Strong judgment, analytical problem solving, risk management, and decision-making under pressure. • • Continuous-improvement mindset with exposure to Lean, automation, transformation, UAT, change management, or process migration.

Roles and Responsibilities: • • Execute product-cost estimates, costing runs, standard-price marking and release, and related validation for individual and group materials. • • Create and maintain cost centers, internal orders, allocation cycles, and profitability-analysis master data in accordance with approved requests and controls. • • Run and validate KSU and KEU allocations, process-order settlements, material-ledger close, and other period-end Controlling activities. • • Analyze unsettled orders, work in progress, absorption variances, purchase-price variances, and costing errors; prepare clear correction recommendations. • • Review BOM, costing status, do-not-cost indicators, and inactive or unused materials; coordinate required blocking or deletion actions. • • Prepare and post approved material-level adjustments, including MR22 entries, with complete supporting documentation. • • Perform FI-to-CO,CO-PA reconciliations, investigate EBIT differences, validate corrections, and ensure profitability reports are complete and accurate. • • Validate PR coding, budget availability, account assignments, mandatory fields, and relevant compliance indicators before release. • • Prepare operational reports, explain significant variances, respond to client and audit queries, and resolve tickets within agreed SLA and TAT. • • Act as the primary operational contact for clients, controllers, plant finance, procurement, auditors, and other stakeholders; manage queries, decisions, and escalations. • • Ensure adherence to SOPs, accounting policies, approval matrices, segregation of duties, internal controls, audit trails, and information-security requirements. • • Coordinate audit support, evidence submission, observation tracking, and timely completion of remediation actions. • • Coach team members through daily huddles, quality feedback, one-to-one discussions, knowledge transfer, cross-skilling, onboarding, and succession planning.
