Roles and Responsibilities: • • Execute end-to-end intercompany accounting activities, including trade and non-trade transactions, cross-charges, cost allocations, settlements, and balance confirmations across legal entities. • • Prepare, validate, and post standard, recurring, ad hoc, and adjustment journal entries, including accruals, goods-in-transit, trading-partner reclassifications, and correcting entries, with complete supporting documentation and appropriate approvals. • • Perform daily, weekly, and period-end matching, clearing, and reconciliation of intercompany receivable, payable, general ledger, subledger, and GR,IR accounts. • • Generate intercompany matching and ageing reports; investigate unmatched, unbalanced, duplicate, aged, or out-of-tolerance items and determine the appropriate resolution. • • Coordinate with trading partners and local finance teams to obtain confirmations and supporting documents, resolve disputes, and close reconciling items within agreed timelines. • • Perform root-cause analysis of recurring mismatches, including timing, currency, master-data, interface, and posting differences, and implement sustainable corrective and preventive actions. • • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close by monitoring cut-offs, completing reconciliations, processing approved adjustments, and ensuring intercompany balances are aligned before consolidation. • • Support intercompany elimination, financial consolidation, and group reporting by providing accurate balances, explanations, and audit-ready evidence. • • Prepare and publish reconciliation status, ageing, dispute, KPI, and exception reports with clear commentary, risk assessment, and required actions for stakeholders. • • Manage stakeholder queries, service requests, and escalations through approved channels, ensuring timely responses and resolution within defined SLA and TAT commitments. • • Maintain accurate process documentation, reconciliation evidence,
