What would you do? • This role requires comprehensive knowledge of the Accounts Payable and Procure-to-Pay processes, along with strong client management and problem solving skills. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in process transitions, designing and defining PTP processes, and collaborating with clients and SDLs on change requests, process baselining and the establishment of SLAs. • Strong leadership capabilities are essential to guide the team, drive operational excellence, and ensure consistent achievement of agreed SLAs. Should have hands on experience in SAP or S,4 Hana.
What are we looking for? • • Hands-on experience with SAP and SAP S,4HANA. • • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with strong experience in data analysis, management reporting, and performance dashboards. • • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively. • • Proven experience in client onboarding, process transitions, and project management, including planning, risk management, and timely delivery
Roles and Responsibilities: • • Manage the end-to-end PTP process, including invoice processing, Vendor Master Data, Travel & Expense, payments, vendor statement reconciliation, AP Helpdesk operations, and reporting. • • Monitor SLA and KPI, ensuring consistent achievement of agreed performance targets. • • Lead, coach, and develop team members while managing performance, workload allocation, capacity, and succession planning. • • Ensure compliance with approved process documentation, including DTPs, process maps, controls, and standard operating procedures. • • Coordinate internal and external audits, provide supporting documentation, address observations, and drive timely closure of corrective actions. • • Establish and maintain effective governance through regular operational reviews, performance reporting, risk and issue management, and stakeholder communication.
