Roles and Responsibilities: • Lead daily intercompany operations covering trade and non-trade transactions, cross-charges, cost allocations, settlements, balance confirmations, netting, eliminations, and dispute management across multiple legal entities. • Plan daily, weekly, and period-end production; allocate work based on transaction volumes, priorities, team capacity, skills, risk, and the close calendar, while maintaining appropriate backup and business-continuity coverage. • Review and approve complex, high-value, or high-risk journals, including accruals, goods-in-transit, trading-partner reclassifications, allocations, foreign-exchange adjustments, and correcting entries, ensuring complete support and authorization. • Oversee daily, weekly, and period-end matching, clearing, and reconciliation of intercompany receivable, payable, general ledger, subledger, and GR,IR accounts. • Review matching, ageing, dispute, and exception reports; challenge unresolved, duplicate, out-of-tolerance, or aged items and ensure sustainable resolution within agreed timelines. • Lead root-cause analysis for recurring mismatches caused by timing, currency, transfer-pricing, master-data, interface, tax, or posting differences and drive corrective and preventive actions. • Own intercompany month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close delivery, including cut-off governance, balance confirmations, reconciliation sign-off, approved adjustment postings, elimination support, and close-status reporting. • Support consolidation and group reporting by ensuring aligned balances, complete elimination data, clear variance explanations, and audit-ready evidence. • Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, controllers, treasury, tax, local finance teams, and trading partners; lead operational calls, manage expectations, resolve disputes, and escalate risks or policy exceptions promptly.
