We are looking for professionals who combine strong SAP expertise with business process knowledge and can translate complex operational requirements into practical, value-driven SAP S/4HANA solutions.
THE WORK:
No two days at Accenture are alike, but your typical day may include:
Deliver SAP S/4HANA transformation programs for Chemicals and Natural Resources clients, helping them modernize and optimize core business processes.
Translate business requirements into intelligent, innovative, and harmonized SAP S/4HANA solutions across manufacturing, maintenance, quality management, procurement, supply chain, and asset management.
Design and configure SAP S/4HANA solutions, leveraging SAP standard functionality and Fit-to-Standard principles.
Identify opportunities to leverage SAP Business AI, Joule, and Joule Agents to improve, automate, and optimize SAP-enabled business processes.
Collaborate within multidisciplinary, globally distributed teams, combining industry expertise with SAP functional and technical capabilities.
Support all phases of SAP S/4HANA implementations, including requirements gathering, functional design, configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), data migration, cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare support.
Work flexibly within Accenture’s international consulting model, primarily remotely, with opportunities to collaborate onsite with clients across Europe and beyond.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Experience working with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA as a Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, Process Owner, Key User, or Subject Matter Expert.
Strong expertise in one or more SAP functional areas, including Production Planning (PP), Plant Maintenance / Enterprise Asset Management (PM/EAM), Quality Management (QM), Materials Management (MM), Manufacturing, or Supply Chain Management.
Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, including involvement in requirements gathering, solution design, testing (SIT/UAT), data migration, cutover planning, deployment, and post-go-live support. For functional consultant profiles, hands-on system configuration experience is expected.
Background and/or experience in Chemicals, Metals, Mining, Forest Products, Building Materials, Energy, Utilities, or other asset-intensive industries, with a solid understanding of end-to-end business processes.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multinational and cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience across multiple project phases and can design, configure, and deploy SAP solutions within PP, PM/EAM, QM, Manufacturing, Asset Management, and Supply Chain processes while helping clients realize value from their SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
