We are looking for professionals who combine Change Management expertise with knowledge of Chemicals and Natural Resources industries and can help clients successfully navigate complex transformation programs.

THE WORK:

No two days at Accenture are alike, but your typical day may include:

  • Deliver Change Management activities across large-scale business, digital, technology, and organizational transformation programs for Chemicals and Natural Resources clients.

  • Assess the impact of transformation initiatives on organizations, processes, roles, and ways of working.

  • Develop and execute change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communication plans, training approaches, and adoption initiatives.

  • Work with business leaders, functional teams, and project stakeholders to build alignment, readiness, and commitment to change.

  • Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, readiness assessments, and adoption measurement.

  • Support the design and delivery of communication, learning, and capability-building activities tailored to different stakeholder groups.

  • Help clients embed new processes, technologies, operating models, and ways of working into their organizations.

  • Collaborate within multidisciplinary, globally distributed teams, combining industry, functional, technology, and Change Management expertise.

  • Work flexibly in a hybrid and remote environment, collaborating with international teams and clients across Europe and beyond, with occasional onsite work depending on project needs.
