Seeking a proficient finance team member who provide finance, accounting, and compliance to the xx business. The successful candidate will lead a finance and accounting team of XX members and implement accounting, controls, and compliance procedures to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. In addition, the position holder will provide technical accounting mentorship, identify and recommend operational and compliance related improvement opportunities, and support leadership in achieving of business objectives.

What you will do:

As the RTR (Record to Reporting) Senior Manager, the professional in this position is accountable for supporting end-to-end service delivery in the General Ledger function in the countries serviced. As a Senior Manager you will:

• Accountable for RTR processes in daily work activities – assign and review quality of work

• You will act as liaison with Business Partners and conduct reviews with the business, handling routine transactions as it relates to general accounting activities.

• Provide financial support and accounting analysis across multiple areas. Areas of focus include General and Cost Accounting, Reporting (Local and External), Statutory Accounting, Fixed Assets, Accounting Master Data, reconciliation, period end closing, journal entry processing, and project accounting.

. Support key business projects.

. Support and lead M&A topics in RTR processes.

• Develop, build and be a trust partner with all markets and business sector(s) serviced by FSSC (Finance Shared Service Center).

• Ensure that service levels and targets are met and service is delivered to customers in accordance with defined Service Level Agreements

• Work planning and prioritization.

• Develop and handle work schedules and activities, back up procedures and staffing requirements to always ensure coverage

• Support financial reporting activities for designated Business Partners

• Develop the team of technical and strategic accounting.

• Deliver a high-quality process ensuring completion of goals and support the team on career development to build robust pipeline plan thinking on continuity of the business.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Visual management and periodic reporting of department performance indicators.

• Connect with region and global Finance/Accounting/Controlling teams

• Acting as a change agent in the Finance transformation from Backoffice to front office. Transactional to Analytical business support.

• Active participation in meetings.

• Providing support and guidance to other company departments.

• Complying with company policies and procedures related to the area of responsibility.
