Takeda Portugal is looking for three talented and motivated Trainees to join our team in Lisbon, with opportunities available across Sales, Marketing, and Patient Value & Access & Medical. Depending on the role, you will gain hands-on experience supporting commercial planning and performance, marketing and brand initiatives, or medical, scientific and patient access activities. In all three positions, you will work closely with experienced colleagues and cross-functional teams, contribute to meaningful projects and develop a broad understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.

What You Will Do

As a Takeda Trainee, you will:

• Support the planning and execution of projects and initiatives within your assigned function.

• Assist with data analysis, reporting, presentations and preparation of relevant materials.

• Support the coordination of meetings, events and key team activities.

• Conduct research and gather relevant market, business or scientific insights.

• Collaborate with different teams and stakeholders across the organization.

• Contribute ideas and identify opportunities to improve the way we work.

• Participate in training and development opportunities throughout your traineeship.

• Perform all activities in accordance with Takeda's policies, procedures and compliance requirements.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, completed or nearing completion, in Business, Management, Marketing, Economics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, Health Sciences or another relevant field.

• Previous professional or pharmaceutical industry experience is not required.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Organized, proactive and eager to learn.

• Comfortable working collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Good written and spoken Portuguese and English.

• Genuine interest in healthcare, innovation and the pharmaceutical industry.
