Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project lifecycle, coordinating efforts across various teams, and serving as the main liaison for application-related activities. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous engagement with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet organizational needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Oversee the integration of new technologies and methodologies to enhance application performance and scalability.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Studio.
- Strong experience in designing and developing complex integrations within Workday environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Workday Studio applications.
- Familiarity with application lifecycle management and configuration management processes.
- Excellent understanding of software development principles and best practices relevant to Workday Studio.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Workday Studio.
- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ location.
- A Mandatory to have Workday Related certification is required.
