Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behaviors, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system stability and performance through innovative problem-solving.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall expertise.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and issue resolution.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Tech Solution Architecture.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose complex system issues and design effective solutions.
- Experience in managing and supporting multi-component software environments.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse technical teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities with a focus on maintaining business continuity.
- Skilled in documenting technical processes and solutions for team reference and training.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Tech Solution Architecture.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
