Summary:

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of configuring and customizing Salesforce Revenue Cloud to meet business requirements.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce Revenue Cloud with other enterprise systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within Salesforce Revenue Cloud environments.
- Familiarity with application lifecycle management and deployment processes related to Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
- Skilled in analyzing business processes and translating them into technical solutions using Salesforce Revenue Cloud.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
