Custom Software Engineer

Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will spend your day designing, coding, and improving software components that integrate seamlessly within larger systems or applications. Your work will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the solutions you develop are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business objectives. You will engage in iterative development cycles, applying modern methodologies to deliver high-quality software tailored to meet evolving requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster continuous learning. - Coordinate with cross-functional groups to align development efforts with organizational goals. - Monitor project progress and proactively address any challenges to ensure timely delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager Sites. - Strong understanding of content management systems and web development frameworks. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable web components and templates. - Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance user experience. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance in complex environments. - Knowledge of integration techniques with backend services and APIs. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager Sites. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
