Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires continuous interaction with various stakeholders to understand evolving needs and translate them into functional software solutions. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation, ensuring that applications are efficient, scalable, and maintainable. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is a key aspect, as is adapting to changing project priorities and delivering high-quality results within established timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application performance and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Experience in developing and customizing SAP applications using ABAP on the HANA platform.
- Strong knowledge of database concepts and ability to optimize code for performance in HANA environments.
- Familiarity with SAP modules integration and understanding of business processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within SAP applications.
- Experience with debugging, testing, and deploying SAP ABAP programs in a collaborative environment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
