ARHS Group, part of Accenture, is looking for a Data Governance Officer to join one of our client teams in Luxembourg.
In this role, you will support data governance, data quality, and reporting activities, working with business and technical teams to maintain reliable data, clear documentation, and consistent governance practices.
THE WORK:
Support the maintenance of business data lineage, data definitions, metadata, and data governance documentation.
Contribute to the preparation and update of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and governance templates.
Support reporting governance and documentation for reports developed using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, BusinessObjects, and Alteryx.
Help document data sources, reporting logic, controls, reconciliations, and validation procedures.
Assist with the implementation and monitoring of data quality checks and controls.
Identify, document, and follow up on data quality and reporting issues.
Support data migration, validation, and testing activities.
Contribute to business glossary and metadata management, ensuring clear and consistent data definitions.
Support project workshops, follow-up activities, documentation, and reporting.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of data and reporting processes.
Onsite at client site: This role requires an onsite presence with our clients and partners to support project delivery and strengthen collaboration.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Initial professional experience in Data Governance, Data Management, Reporting, Data Quality, or a related area.
Understanding of data governance, metadata, data lineage, and data quality principles.
Good analytical and documentation skills.
Ability to work with business and technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with reporting or analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, BusinessObjects, and/or Alteryx.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Fluency in English.
