Summary:
As a Business Analyst or Functional lead, you need to work in business platform eCommerce portal, worked on Retail industry.
Roles & Responsibilities:-The candidate must have eCommerce portal experience.-He/she should have experience in Retail industry.-Should be familiar with the Order management process from an eCommerce platform
-Must have experience in IT support projects.Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in eCommerce Platform as Business Analyst for functional support.
- Strong understanding of order management process.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve Functional & business process issues in retail industry.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience as a functional analyst or Business Analyst.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
