Generative AI Engineer – Mid-Level & Senior

We are looking for Mid-Level and Senior Generative AI Engineers to join our growing Data Science & Machine Learning Engineering practice in Europe. In this role, you’ll work as part of a global team of experts, developing and delivering end-to-end AI/ML solutions with a strong focus on Generative AI.

What you’ll do

As a Generative AI Engineer, you will:

• Turn data science and AI experiments into production-ready, scalable solutions.

• Develop and deploy Generative AI solutions, including LLMs and Diffusion Models.

• Design and implement data models and flows, including ETL, embedding models and vector databases.

• Build and manage REST APIs for inference, monitoring and model retraining.

• Orchestrate AI/ML deployments across cloud and on-premise environments.

• Work across the full AI/ML lifecycle, from data gathering and experimentation to deployment and MLOps.

• Collaborate with international teams and experts to solve complex business challenges using cutting-edge AI technologies

• Programming: Python, R, C# or similar

• Machine Learning: PyTorch, Keras, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, MLlib

• Generative AI: LLMs, Diffusion Models, Generative AI

• Cloud: Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, GCP

• Data & Big Data: Hadoop, Beam, Databricks

• Containers: Docker, Kubernetes

• AI/Data: Embedding Models, Vector Databases, similarity search

• Visualization: Power BI, Plotly or similar

• MLOps, statistics and probability

What will help you succeed

• 3+ years of software engineering experience

• 1+ year of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning

• Strong programming experience with Python, C# or a similar language

• Experience with Linux, Docker and distributed computing

• Knowledge of machine learning and deep learning models

• Familiarity with LLMs and Diffusion Models such as Stable Diffusion

• Experience with big data processing and modeling

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure ML, AWS SageMaker or similar

• Familiarity with MLOps methodologies

• Knowledge of similarity search techniques

• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Plotly or similar
