Role Summary
The Marketing Manager owns content and placement execution across the Amazon Grocery storefront as part of the WWGS Amazon Grocery Marketing team. You'll own application and merchandising guidance of the grocery style guide, integrated campaign moderation workflows, campaign efficacy tracking and testing execution, along with supporting key other business initiatives. This is a role for someone who can manage multiple projects under ambiguity where the objective is defined but the path may require complex, cross-functional solutions.
Key job responsibilities
- Own the launch and management of critical marketing projects to hit customer funnel, revenue, and profitability goals.
- Own campaign performance reporting for the business.
- Own campaign moderation workflows, driving quality, approval rates, and content standards.
- Design and run storefront testing programs, building testing frameworks where none exist and turning learnings into repeatable, scalable page guidelines.
- Run marketing performance deep dives, analyzing metrics to find growth opportunities and inform strategy.
- Own team intake mechanism and content calendar, aligning to trade planning guidance.
- Drive improvements and automation (including AI-based tooling) to streamline content execution across teams.
- Plan and develop clear requirements, communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, proactively surface risks, and clear blockers.
- Lead recurring forums and mechanisms for knowledge sharing and alignment across NA and partner teams.
- Participate in recruiting and hiring.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
