We are seeking an innovative and customer-obsessed Software Development Manager to lead an engineering team at Amazon Leo. In this role, you'll lead the design and delivery of the systems that power Amazon Leo's customer returns experience, building from the ground up in a fast-moving environment. You'll foster a culture of rapid innovation and quick iteration, where experimentation thrives and teams move fast to deliver high-quality solutions. You'll lead a team of talented engineers building scalable, reliable infrastructure and services that serve millions of customers worldwide - even in countries where Amazon does not currently operate. Your vision and leadership will be crucial in creating durable, well-architected solutions that raise the bar on customer experience and operational efficiency.

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of engineering team management experience- 7+ years of working directly within engineering teams experience
- 3+ years of designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
