Job Description:
Join Intel and build a better tomorrow as an Intel Contract Employee. The Contingent Worker (CW) Flex Program Manager plans/manages programs or projects to meet specific objectives or goals. Provides leadership for the project team and key interfaces to the project or program. Works on problems/tasks in the delivery of a specific product or service. Identifies tasks, determines dependencies, identifies and assigns specific resources, communicates expectations to suppliers and factory team members, obtains task effort and duration estimates from factory team members, and creates/tracks the project performance against POR. Assesses risk and identifies issues. Monitors coordinates coordination of resources with factory teams. Reviews user and technical requirements for completeness and clarity.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Converting manufacturing service and business requirements into actionable strategies and tactics as they relate to supplier service performance.
• Ensuring Scope of Work (SOW) performance to meet contract/factory standards, including training of their own workforce.
• Managing group activities related to contracts, vendor/supplier willingness to meet specifications, equipment, tools, parts, services, and supplies.
• Ensure supplier provides compilation and analysis of statistical data, trend and process tracking, and record-keeping.
• Coordinating service purchasing activities such as generating, managing, and reconciling forecasts and schedules.
• Monitoring the forecast for service acquisition in support of ramping factories, sustaining factories, and technology transitions.
• Executing contractual requirements as well as meeting with suppliers to discuss cost opportunities, performance, and future operational strategies.
• Partnering with the factories to drive the lowest possible service cost relative to services required.
• Assessing appropriate service schedules and staffing levels to support factory SLAs and quality requirements.
• Participating in the development and improvement of systems and tools to drive efficiencies across the organization.
• Supports the factory by ensuring the SOW meets contract requirements.
• Intel management hiring.

Additional Information
This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
7-month contract.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field of study
• 10+ years of Intel 3rd party program management experience.
• 10+ years of experience in managing Purchase Orders-POs and interfacing with finance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in business, or a related field of study

• Direct experience in management hiring practices.

• Experience and/or solid understanding of the Factory Fab environment
• Contract negotiations and administration experience.
• Stakeholder Management/Customer Orientation experience.
• Scope of Work generation/Forecast experience.
• Experience with Intel 3PL supplier management data base , Fieldglass, Infinity, DMIS, AGS, month-end-close and accruals.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $52,000.00-$200,000.00

 

 

The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
