Title and Summary

Manager, Quota & Analytics

Overview
Mastercard is investing in the transformation of its global sales incentives framework across plan design, data transformation, systems implementation, and operations. This transformation is a critical step in modernising how we reward performance, scale our sales motions, optimise pipeline performance, and support sustained growth. The initiative will establish market-benchmarked, globally aligned incentive programmes while significantly enhancing transparency, governance, and operational efficiency.

We are seeking a self-motivated and structured problem solver with a strategic mindset and the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.

This role offers broad exposure to People & Capability, Sales, and Finance innovation, supporting sales growth within a highly collaborative environment.

The Manager, Quota & Analytics will support the development and execution of the strategy, design, and operations of the enterprise sales incentives quota and analytics function. This includes developing and implementing global frameworks and best practices for quota deployment across our global business lines, verticals, and regional teams. The role will also involve cross-functional collaboration to support sales incentives, reporting, process improvements, and business insights through data and analytics.

Role
Reporting to the Director, Quota & Analytics, the successful candidate will support:
• Global quota algorithm deployment: Design and deploy the annual quota-setting methodology, translating top-down Finance and production goals into seller-, role-, and territory-level quotas globally.
• Cross-functional target integration: Integrate KPI-, product-, and initiative-based targets from Finance, Product, Regional, and Specialist teams into a single, coherent quota framework.
• Quota validation and governance: Manage the annual quota validation process, facilitating a defined two-week review with Sales Leadership and Finance Business Partners, and incorporating approved adjustments.
• Quota integrity and equity oversight: Ensure quotas are fair, equitable, and well-supported, with clear documentation of assumptions, adjustments, and approvals.
• Ticket operations and adjudication: Oversee quota- and incentive-related ticket governance, including intake, prioritisation, adjudication standards, ageing analysis, and overdue reporting to deliver a high level of service to Sales teams.
• Quota relief expense analytics: Maintain analytics relating to quota relief requests, tracking financial impact, trends, and policy adherence.
• Performance and pipeline reviews: Support quarterly sales incentives and pipeline reviews, providing insights into quota attainment, risk areas, and forward-looking performance trends.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have
• Experience designing and operating standardised programme frameworks and governance structures.
• The ability to translate data and insights into actionable plans and recommendations.
• Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
• A strategic and collaborative approach to working across multiple business lines, functions, and regions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven mindset.
• Experience working in complex, cross-functional, and global environments.
