募集組織の紹介
エンジニアリング室 CAPEXグループは、成田工場の設備投資プロジェクトを計画・推進する部門です。生産能力向上、設備更新、安全・品質改善を目的とした設備導入や改造を担当し、工場の持続的な成長を支えています。業務では製造、品質、EHSをはじめとした多くの関係部門や外部ベンダーと連携しながらプロジェクトを進めるため、幅広い知識や経験を身につけることができます。また、自動化やデジタル技術の活用も推進しており、より安全で効率的な工場づくりに取り組んでいます。
本募集枠は、オートメーションエンジニアとして下記職務に対応いただきます。
職務内容
医薬品製造施設におけるオートメーションおよび電気設備のエンジニアリング業務を担当する。自動化システム（DCS、PLC、SCADA、EMS、BMS等）および電気設備の設計、導入、維持管理を推進し、品質、コンプライアンス、データインテグリティおよびサイバーセキュリティを確保する。また、CAPEXプロジェクトにおいて要求仕様策定、設計レビュー、ベンダー管理および設備導入をリードし、製造設備の信頼性向上と安定供給に貢献する。
応募要件
- 高専卒以上でエンジニアリング分野における学位を有する方（Electromechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering (process, data, equipment, facility automation)であれば尚可）
- 製薬・食品/飲料・化粧品・化学等の工場におけるオートメーションエンジニアの実務経験を有する方（目安：4-5年以上）
- BMS、EMS、SCADA、包装ライン管理システム、機器PLC・HMI、DCS、産業用ロボットに関する知識及び実務経験を有する方
- 日本語での円滑な関係者調整に加え、英語での読み書きおよび会話コミュニケーション能力の向上に前向きである方

Salary Increase: Annually, Bonus Payment: Twice a year
Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/ Tokyo) 9:00-17:30, Production Sites (Osaka/ Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45, (Narita) 8:30-17:15, Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45
Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)
