The Global Delivery Service Partner (DSP) organization is seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager to lead a strategic initiative reshaping our global last mile delivery operations. Our DSP program empowers small businesses to build their own delivery companies using Amazon's proven logistics technology and processes. These partners form the backbone of our last mile delivery network across 20+ international markets, providing customers a fast, reliable, and cost-effective delivery experience.
What You'll Own
You will own the product strategy and roadmap to introduce new Speed programs (Same Day, Sub Same Day, Amazon Now) for DSPs to complete Amazon deliveries at a global scale. You'll define the long term product vision to meet DSP partner needs and the network demand for new modes of delivery. This is an uncharted space with significant complexity across business geographies, technical capabilities, operations, and regulation. You'll influence how we model last mile operations globally, align partner teams, shape senior leadership on strategy and investment, and drive organizational change.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in logistics, supply chain, or a related field. You possess financial acumen, strong problem solving skills, and the creative thinking to lead end to end product development from ideation to launch. You thrive in a highly analytical, customer centric environment and bring excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. A background in technology innovation or process optimization is a plus.
Location & Travel
This role is based in New York, NY. Our organization drives global operations across 20+ countries, so domestic and international travel will be required 10 to 20% of the time.
This is a unique opportunity to drive innovation that scales worldwide and shapes the future of how Amazon fulfills customer orders. If you're ready to take your product management career to new heights, we'd love to hear from you.
