Amazon Leo is Amazon's low Earth orbit satellite network. Our mission is to deliver fast, reliable broadband connectivity to customers beyond the reach of existing networks. From households to small businesses, schools, hospitals, and government agencies, Amazon Leo will serve communities and organizations operating in places without dependable internet access.

The Amazon Leo business operations team is seeking a strategic, results-driven Sales Enablement Manager to empower our customer-facing teams with the knowledge and resources required to drive revenue growth and customer retention. In this role, you will act as a vital bridge between Sales, Marketing, and Product. You will design impactful onboarding programs, maintain an organized content repository, and optimize sales workflows to shorten ramp times and boost win rates.

We are seeking an individual with 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, partner enablement, or partner/channel sales within enterprise technology. Candidates should be builders who understand what it takes to develop effective sales plays and implement measurable solutions and mechanisms in a rapidly growing and dynamic business. The ideal candidate will be able to work backwards from business strategies and possess the ability to excel in a highly evolving environment. This role involves engaging with stakeholders across many global Leo teams and partners, requiring the ability to build trust through understanding business needs and deliver on effective enablement strategies.

Export Control Requirements: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

Key job responsibilities
- Design, launch, and manage comprehensive onboarding and ramp programs for new partner sales representatives to achieve time-to-productivity faster
- Develop ongoing training curriculum, continuous learning paths, live workshops, and role-playing sessions focusing on product knowledge and objective handling
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and other Product Leaders to create and curate high-impact sales collateral, including pitch decks, battlecards, case studies, and one-pagers
- Maintain a clean, up-to-date, and easily searchable content repository/CMS for the partner sales team
- Oversee and optimize the adoption of core sales enablement technology (e.g. Highspot), CRM workflows, and learning management systems
- Track and report on tool utilization and effectiveness metrics
- Partner with Field Sales Operations to surface relevant content insights for sellers during active deals

About the team
Our team is focused on enabling sales organizations at Amazon to operate more effectively and at greater scale. We build the programs, content, and learning paths that help our partner sales team deliver exceptional results for customers. Collaboration is at the heart of how we work — you will engage with colleagues across multiple functions and geographies to solve meaningful problems. We are investing in smarter tooling, automation, and analytics capabilities, and this role will play a key part in shaping that future. If you want to make a tangible impact on how Amazon Leo sells and grows, this is the team for you.
