As a Workday Financials Delivery Lead, your primary responsibilities may include:

  • Bring thought leadership on how Finance technology can transform organizations and enable business value.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs, Finance executives, and senior client stakeholders.
  • Lead complex Workday Financials implementations, optimization programs, and transformation initiatives.
  • Own executive-level client relationships and ensure successful delivery outcomes.
  • Manage large, multi-disciplinary project teams while overseeing scope, quality, risks, and delivery performance.
  • Drive project financials, profitability, forecasting, and commercial management.
  • Lead solution architecture discussions across Financial Management, Procurement, Projects, Reporting, Accounting Center, Treasury, and Integrations.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop consultants, managers, and senior managers across the practice.
  • Support practice growth through recruiting, capability development, asset creation, and thought leadership.
  • Lead business development activities including account planning, solutioning, proposals, estimations, SOW development, and executive presentations.
  • Drive innovation through the development of accelerators, assets, methodologies, and industry-specific solutions.
  • Support strategic growth initiatives across priority industries including Public Sector, Higher Education, Healthcare, Financial Services, and Retail.
  • Travel may be required based on client and business needs.

Here's what you need:

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience delivering Finance Transformation and Financial ERP solutions, including leading large-scale enterprise implementations.
  • Minimum of 8 years of Workday Financials implementation experience, with experience leading multiple end-to-end Workday Financials deployments.
  • Demonstrated experience leading large delivery teams, managing executive client relationships, and overseeing engagement financials.
     

Bonus points if you have:

  • Workday Partner Certification
  • 10 years of Workday-related implementations
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the Finance function & processes 
  • Experience in Education or Government Workday implementations

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • MBA, CPA, CA, CMA, CGA, or equivalent advanced degree/certification preferred.
